This agreement defines the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of accommodation services via www.baskaresort.com, in compliance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law and Distance Sales Regulation.

Article 4 – Definitions

• Buyer: Person or legal entity making a reservation via the website.
• Best Flexible Rate: Most favorable rate with cancellation/modification allowed.
• Packages & Offers: Room price with services, cancellable and changeable.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Prepaid, discounted, non-cancellable.
• Selected Services: Extra services apart from rooms.
• Services: All services provided by the hotel.
• Content: All materials on the website (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Terms & Privacy Policy: Rules defined by the hotel, accepted by users.
• Hotel: Baska Resort Bodrum Hotel or operated by Aıc Turizm.

Article 5 – Contract Duration

The contract takes effect upon reservation or payment. Force Majeure may apply, and refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Article 6 – Contract Terms

1. Buyer books only for self or legally represented persons.
2. No resale to third parties.
3. All guests must be accurately declared.
4. Taxes and fees will be adjusted.
5. Buyer is liable for damages caused to hotel or other guests.
6. Hotel may relocate guests to alternative accommodation if necessary.
7. Hotel may cancel misleading or invalid reservations.
8. Non-refundable bookings are excluded from refunds.
9. Cancellation periods for flexible rates, packages, and offers: 168, 190, or 360 hours before check-in.
10. Payments via credit card only.
11. Non-payment releases the seller from performance obligation.
12. Refunds processed within 14 days if withdrawal right exercised.

Article 7 – Reservation / Payment

Reservations are processed after confirmation and credit card payment. Errors in information may result in cancellation.

Article 8 – Withdrawal Right

Buyer can cancel within 14 days without reason.

Article 9 – Personal Data Protection

• Personal data protected under Turkish KVKK Law 6698.
• Financial data processed only for payment.
• Buyer confirms correctness of data.
• Buyer may request access, correction, or deletion.

Article 10 – Jurisdiction

• Consumer: Consumer Arbitration Board or Consumer Court.
• Non-consumer: Turkish Commercial and Obligation Law.
