General Rules

1. Arrival & Welcome

• Guests are welcomed by our team at the Başka Resort lobby.

• A welcome drink is offered upon arrival.

• Valet parking service is available for guests arriving by car.

• Vehicles are parked in the on-site open parking area.

• Electric vehicle charging stations are available at an additional cost.

2. Front Office & Guest Information

• After check-in, guests are escorted to their rooms.

• Full information about room features and hotel facilities is provided.

• All personal data is stored and protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

3. Wi-Fi Access

• Complimentary wireless internet is available in all rooms and public areas.

4. Pet Policy

• Pets up to 12 kg are allowed in designated rooms and areas, subject to an additional fee.

5. Accepted Currency

• The following currencies are accepted for cash payments:

  • Turkish Lira (₺)

  • Euro (€)

  • US Dollar ($)

  • British Pound (£)

6. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

• This service is provided at an additional charge.

7. Visitor Policy

• Visitors must check-in at the front desk before entry.

• Visiting hours are between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Visits are limited to 30 minutes.

• Visitors may only be hosted in the lobby area.

• A valid ID or passport must be presented upon arrival.

• Visitors are not allowed to access guest rooms or other hotel facilities.

• Visits exceeding 30 minutes will be subject to a usage fee.

• The registered guest is fully responsible for their visitor and any additional expenses incurred.

• Hotel management cannot be held responsible for disputes arising from visitor-related matters.

8. Minimum Age Requirement

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in individually.

• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
