– Mini Club operates between 10:00 – 18:00.
– Alcoholic beverages are not served to guests under 18.
– The swimming pool is open and heated during seasonal
transitions.
– Bed linen and towels are changed every other day.
– Advance reservation is required for à la carte restaurants.
– Beverages included in the B.A.I. concept are complimentary;
other beverages are charged.
– Late check-out requests are subject to daily usage fees.
– Early check-in requests are subject to additional charges.
– The resort management reserves the right to evict any
guests without refund in the event of engaging in
discriminatory or racist behavior, creating disturbance,
causing discomfort to other guests or resort sta, or
behaving in an immoral or unethical manner.
– Management reserves the right to make changes to services,
without prior notice.
– Medical services are chargeable and provided through
contracted healthcare institutions.
– All in-room consumables are replenished daily and intended
for in-resort use only; extra requests are chargeable.
– The resort is not responsible for security of the vehicles in
the parking area.
– Valuables must be stored in safe boxes; the resort is not
liable for items lost outside the safe.
– Guests with allergies are advised to inform sta at service
points.
– Families with minor children are strongly advised not to
leave children unattended due to the potential risk of
accidents.
– Pool usage is subject to posted rules.
– All on-site retail shops are chargeable.
– Items listed as extra on menus are not included in the
BASKA All Inclusive concept.
– Shuttle service to the beach is provided from the secondary
road.
– For children traveling with guardians of dierent surnames, a
notarized consent letter specifying the resort name and
accommodation dates is required
